Minimum order Rp. 150.000 for Express (3 KM radius) while Regular minimum order Rp 300.000 and shipping coast start from Rp. 10.000,-

3. What will be the costs of the delivery?

Our delivery cost depends on the distance of the destination . However we will not charge any delivery cost for order above Rp. 1.500.000 , -  (Denpasar, Badung, dan surrounding areas)

4.What is the handling fee of order to be picked up?

Free with minimum order Rp. 150.000,-

5. Can the quality and hygiene of tiaragatzuonline.com products be guaranteed?

We always deliver the best to our costumer since our costumer’s satisfaction is our satisfaction as well.

6.  What will be the delivery time?

The delivery will take place after the payment has been done. Orders placed before 15:00 pm, will be delivered at the same day and orders placed after 15:01 pm will be delivered the next day.

7.What will be the process time of order to be picked up?

 

The order will be prepared after the payment has been done.Orders placed before 18:00 pm, can be picked up at the same day before 19:30 pm. and orders placed after 18:01 pm. can be picked up the next day.

You can easily find a product by entering part of  the product name in the search field at the top right of every page

3 . How can I order a product I saw in the store but not available online.

Available products at Tiaragtzuonline are selected from our store. If you can’t find a certain product which is available in our store, please contact our Customer Service

4 . How can I order a product which is no longer availabIe online

Please contact our Customer Service to check when the product will be in stock again

6 . Can I cancel an order ?

You can always cancel your order as long as you haven’t proceeded your payment.

As soon as the payment is made, your order will be processed, that way it can’t be cancelled anymore 

7. Will my order be processed when ordered on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays?

We will process any order every day, fully in accordance to the above mentioned conditions

8 . What should I do when I get a product that does not comply with my order?

You have to return the product during the delivery. Any complaints after the delivery will not be accepted

9 . Will I  get my money back if an ordered product cannot be delivered?

We will refund the price of the not delivered products
